Conquer Health Coaching is about helping individuals to live a healthier lifestyle with the goal of preventing and reducing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disease and kidney disease to name a few.

Coaching has been around for a long time but focusing particularly on health is just beginning in Australia.  In Australia chronic illness accounts for 80% of burden of disease and some 70% of health expenditiure in Australia.  We HAVE CONTROL of this if we want to and this is where I can help to make that change.

Conquer health coaching is about helping you as an individual to be healthier and live the life and be able to do the things you want to do. 

With over 20 years experience as a nurse and working with chronic illness for many years I have seen the difficulties that are faced.  I have also had experience personally with a chronic illness and have been faced with the many challenges that this faces but have also made the choice that I will do what it takes to stay healthy. I do not promote a quick fix but a life long alternative.

It is not just the individual problem but all our problem, so if you are an employer, individual or a group of people and what advice then I can help you.
